What the gift includes

One complete Listening Session.

This is not store credit. The recipient receives the full session—one song, one complete first listen and one private personal video response—even if the standard price increases before they redeem it.

Paid gift codes are valid for three years from purchase and can be transferred to another person while unused.

Who is it for?

The recipient’s eventual song, story and response will remain private by default. Buying or redeeming a gift gives no promotional rights.

How should the gift be delivered?

The buyer always receives an immediate purchase confirmation, gift code and expiry date. Paystack charges in ZAR; international banks may display the converted local amount.

Gift terms

Simple and clear.

Refunds. The original buyer may request a refund for an unused gift before it is redeemed. Once redeemed and booked, it cannot be refunded.

Transfers. An unused code may be given to another person. It can only be redeemed once.

Expiry. Paid gift codes remain valid for three years from purchase. If it is not redeemed by the displayed date, the code expires; contact support before expiry if help is needed.

Price protection. The gift is for a complete Listening Session, not a cash credit. The full session remains covered if the standard price later changes.

Lost the code?

Request it again.

Use the buyer’s original email and the gift reference from the purchase confirmation. For privacy, the code is only resent to the original buyer.
